Spotlighting...Sara Burnett

What is your full name?   Sara Elizabeth Weyerman Burnett
Were you named after someone?  Who?  My first name comes from my mom’s best friend in college.
Where were you born?  I was born in Landstuhl, Germany
What is your favorite movie?  One of my favorites is The Wedding Singer.  It’s just a classic comedy.
What is your favorite book? If you choose your favorite book by what I’ve read the most, it has to be Jurassic Park.  I also love Gone with the Wind and Lonesome Dove.
What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?  Spare time?  What’s that?  I love to run, and try to make time for it though it hasn’t happened much lately.
What is your all-time favorite recipe?  Please share the recipe.  I’ve included more than one :) Cheesecake and Caramel Corn.  I have lots more that I like (Carol’s Crazy Cake, Shortcake, Chicken Ole, and more) but those recipes will have to come at a later time.  If you can’t tell, I have a hard time deciding!
If you only had one day left on Earth, what would you do? I’d probably want to go swimming, hiking, horseback riding, and fishing with my family.
What is your dream car? I love the old woodie station wagons.
Who is one person you think you would be friends with if they lived in our time or you had a chance to meet them?  Why?  I’ve tried and tried, and I just don’t have an answer for this question.
What have you done that makes you proud of yourself? (Don’t be shy, we are happy for your accomplishments and we are asking you to share them)  My greatest accomplishment to date is getting my PR marathon time while I was pregnant with Wyatt.
In your opinion, what is your best physical trait?  My running muscles?
What is your favorite scripture?  Helaman 5:30 is one of my favorites because I love how they describe God’s voice.  Also Alma 43:44-45 - I love how the Lamanites fight like dragons, but the Nephites fight harder because they are fighting “for a better cause.”
What is your favorite RS/Visiting Teaching memory?  I really enjoy opportunities in Visiting Teaching where I actually feel needed.  I’ve had a few of those opportunities with sick sisters or even just lonely sisters.
